Abstract

Peer mentors can help neurodiverse students integrate into the campus community while providing them with support and connecting them to resources so they can engage and succeed academically, emotionally, and socially, while also promoting their independence, said Chestnut Hill College's Lynn Ortale, Ph.D., Vice President for Student Life, and Stephen Stunder, Ed.D., Assistant Professor of Human Services. They gave a virtual presentation as part of NASPA's Annual Conference.
