Abstract

We report the enhanced properties of PEDOT:PSS:Zn(NTf2)2 characterized by an electrical conductivity of 223.47S/cm, and show its application potentials in rigid and flexible, “p-i-n” structured perovskite solar cells (PSCs) as the hole transport layer (HTL). With optimized doping, PEDOT:PSS:Zn(NTf2)2 exhibited much enhanced conductivity and anti-bending ability. When PEDOT:PSS:Zn(NTf2)2 was applied as HTL in rigid PSCs, the power conversion efficiency was relatively improved by 35.1 %. In flexible ones, by 37.3 %.
