Abstract
Introduction: Supratentorial convexity meningioma surgery involves resection of involved dura. Although CSF leak rates are low with even no repair, a variety of methods for dural reconstruction are performed. Such reconstruction allows an additional layer of coverage. We review a simple technique that provides a layer of vascularized reconstruction following such surgery.
