Abstract
Travmatik maküla deliği, künt göz travma sonrası gelişebilen bir komplikasyondur. Deliğin oluşma şekli ile ilgili çeşitli hipotezler mevcuttur. Bu hipotezlerin başında, vitreusun oluşan şok dalgasını arka kutba iletip tekrar eski olağan yerine gelmesiyle maküla deliği oluştuğu yer almaktadır. Her ne kadar biyomikroskobik olarak tanı konabilse de kesin tanı günümüzde optik koherens tomografi (OKT) ile konmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, künt travma sonrası sağ gözde görme kaybı şikâyeti ile hastanemize getirilen 8 yaşında bir erkek olgunun sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Ön segment muayenesi doğal olup foveal reflenin alınamadığı olguda, OKT ile Evre 1b maküla deliği tanısı konmuş ve cerrahi müdahale olmaksızın yapılan takiplerinde deliğin spontan kapandığı gösterilmiştir.
