Abstract

Pediatric sleep disordered breathing is a spectrum of ventilatory disorders associated with multisystem complications. In this literature review, we are discussing the impact of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in pediatric patients, the presentation and phenotypic variations, sleep disordered breathing in special populations, screening for suspected sleep apnea, diagnosis and management of pediatric OSA.
