Abstract
Size matching in pediatric heart transplant (PHTx) remains subjective and weight based, starting at listing, when a maximum acceptable donor weight is entered into UNET. We aimed to develop a process using a library of 3D “donors” to derive a recipient specific data driven max acceptable donor weight.
