Pediatric Catatonia: Moving in Steps From Diagnosis to Treatment

Abstract

We aim to engage participants in learning about the prevalence and diagnosis of pediatric catatonia, as well as a discussion on its etiological causes. We will demonstrate the use of the Bush-Francis Catatonia Rating Scale. Laboratory work-up and treatment will be discussed with active participation in a case-based, clinically salient manner.
