Abstract
As a theoretical and applied science, pedagogy works in close cooperation with psychology — the science which investigates the facts, patterns, and mechanisms operative in the psyche of man, who is for pedagogy the object of education and upbringing. The elucidation of the nature of the relationship between pedagogy and psychology is a distinct theoretical problem which requires special scientific elaboration.
