Abstract

The experience of many countries indicates that faster proceeding to the new level of development isimpossible without local specialists who have knowledge in the area of advanced scientific achievements.The use of the newest scientific accomplishments complies with the features and nature of futureprofessional activity of teachers-engineers who tend to study all through their professional life. It results inthe necessity to improve and expand theoretical and practical maintenance of academic courses, taking intoaccount general didactic higher education principles, in particular the principle of scientific nature.The principle of scientific nature requires the teacher to know new scientific information, tosystematize it in the curriculum, and to acquaint students with it. Many Ukrainian educational establishmentscarry out training of specialists in engineering; however, the theory of new informative operators is presentedonly in some programs. One of the topical and most often used engineering issues is a problem of numeralintegration. Therefore, it is important to develop theoretical bases for teaching in these fields, in particularfor Masters’ training in such courses as "Theoretical, physical and informative bases of branch knowledge","Mathematical methods of description of processes", "Innovative technologies and resource management inthe industry", "Technology of numeral modeling", that are based on new informative operators.
