Abstract
Article is devoted profile education and professional self-determination. In article the short description of preconditions of formation of profile education in Russia and foreign, some models of profile education, pedagogical possibilities of support of preprofile preparation and profile education is resulted. In article some results of research of the reasons of elections of pupils of preprofile courses and profile education are described and the analysis of the relation to a choice of pupils, of teachers and parents is made.
