Abstract

The main objective of this work is to analyze the contributions of Pedagogy to comprehensive training for life in the context of a new reality. A descriptive study of the bibliographic review type was developed with the help of historical-logical, analytical-synthetic and hermeneutical methods. Among the main findings is the proposal of a pedagogy aimed at forming new generations of integral citizens, increasingly competitive, with abilities, knowledge and skills useful for life; But, above all humans, this alternative contemplates the unification of the different branches of pedagogy that, from a holistic perspective, globalizes the different fields of knowledge, training spaces, substantive processes of the educational system and the active and committed participation of all students members of the educational community; that is to say, a Pedagogy that brings together the different dimensions of life all based on the integral development of the individual.
