Abstract
The script seeks to highlight some axis of a possible Hospitality pedagogy, in the academy and in the labour world, having from basis a study about education and professional performance in Tourism. The tourism field is growing as an object of interdisciplinary study that forwards to new theory and methodology contributions, as is the case of the hospitality theory. In this context, stands the human dimension of the professional interactions, beginning with the professor and student relationship valued in the scope of an “invitation” by and to a science.
