Abstract
This paper consists in a theoretical study about the use of critical pedagogy in organization studies education. We intent to contribute with the studies about Paulo Freire’s theory on critical education, pointing out its importance to the phenomenon analyzed. When discussing Freire’s theory we will present some theoretical influences, such as Critical Theory of Frankfurt School. It will be discussed elements of critical pedagogy like the relationship between teacher and student, pointing out for its political relevance and the importance of critical conscience. Through these reflections we intend to contribute to the organization studies education, collaborating for its praxis and epistemological enrichment.
