Peculiarities of choosing of drug for anesthesia in intensive therapy of traumatic disease for gerontology patients

Abstract

We studied 94 gerontology patients with multiple trauma. We examined parameters of respiratory and circulatory system, coagulagram, markers of the inflamatory system answer, severity of pain, quality of analgesia. It is revealed, that using of non-steroid antiinflamatory drugs and agonists-antagonists for intensive therapy of elderly and old patients reduced severity of pain syndrome, dose and longitudinality of using of analgetics.
