Abstract
Polygalacturonase (PG) and polymethylgalacturonase (PMG) activity was recorded in the two non-ripenng mutants of tomato devoid of these enzymes, rin and nor fruits, following Rhizopus stolonifer infection. Activity increased markedly with disease development.
