Abstract

In programmed frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles, the endometrium is prepared prior to transfer with the use of exogenous estrogen. Serum levels of estradiol are highly variable among patient who are using exogenous estrogen, and it is unknown whether those different serum levels alter the endometrial milieu in a way that impacts pregnancy outcome in programmed FET cycles.
