Abstract
The measurements of the peak brightness temperature and spectral energy distribution of a high-energy, short-duration spark discharge source are described. The measurements indicate a peak brightness temperature of 54 000 °K to 68 000 °K over the wavelength region from 4500 A to 3000 A.
