Abstract

Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) with implantation has become one of the most frequently performed therapeutic procedures in medicine, yet Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) is the standard of care for patients with three – vessel or left main coronary disease. This cost effectiveness study is comparing PCI versus CABG in this group of patients.
