Abstract

A novel patient-reported outcome measure (PROM), the Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome Symptoms and Impacts Scale (FCS-SIS), was developed to assess 4 symptoms (abdominal pain, physical fatigue, difficulty thinking, and diarrhea) and 13 impacts associated with FCS.
