Abstract

Recent evidence showed growing concerns about relevant health outcomes in studies with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) patients. These outcomes are limited to the number of fractures rather than patient-centered outcomes, such as Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL). This study assesses the HRQoL perception in pediatric patients with OI and identifies differences in the HRQoL perception between patients and caregivers.
