Abstract
Motivated by high long‐term projected costs of reactively repairing prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) and in the midst of a severe drought, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California has developed an extensive PCCP, proactive rehabilitation program with benefits that include cost savings, risk mitigation, and improved operations.
