Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pazufloxacin injection in the treatment of urinary tract bacterial acute infection.Methods A single blind randomized controlled trial was conducted 62 patients with urinary tract infections.The treatment group(n =31)were treated with paznfloxacin (0.3 g,two times/day) ,and the control group (n =31) were given levofloxacin(0.2 g, two times/day)for 7-10 d.Results The recovery rate and effective rate were 90% and 97% in treatment group, and 87% and 94% in control group respectively(P >0.05).The bacterial eradication rate in treatment group and control group were 93% and 89% ,and the adverse drug reaction rate in treatment group and control group were 10% and 13% respectively(P > 0.05).Conclusion Paznfloxacin injection is effective and safe in treatment of acute bacterial infection of urinary tract.
