Les paiements pour services environnementaux (PSE) sont des instruments incitatifs qui consistent a offrir une remuneration en contrepartie de l’adoption de pratiques favorables a la preservation de l’environnement. Ils reposent sur des constructions contractuelles qui peuvent impliquer des acteurs prives (proprietaires fonciers, entreprises, associations…) et des acteurs publics (Etat, collectivites territoriales…). Ils constituent une voie d’evolution des politiques environnementales interessante, mais leur mise en œuvre effective necessite une mise en musique juridique. droit, economie, environnement, contrats, services environnementaux, obligation environnementale reelle, fiducie fonciere, patrimoine naturel
