Abstract
Both test and future anxiety are the types of anxiety disorder. The students studying for the matriculation exams (university entrance exams) can be more successful if they can cope with these anxieties by developing some ways to deal with them just like other people do. The results indicate that the normal high school students have low-level of test anxiety but high-level of future anxiety. As they somehow consider Sakarya Universitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitusu Felsefe ve Din Bilimleri ABD- Din Psikolojisi Dr. Ogrencisi, Ogretmen, ackarakas@yahoo.com themselves being incompetent, their expectations to be successful at matriculation exams remain at the low-level. On the other hand, it has been found out that the students attending high schools giving religious education along with normal curriculum, known as IHL, have high-level of test but lowlevel of future anxiety. The outcomes of the study clearly indicated that although sharing attitudes could not rehabilitate the students` exam anxiety for short term, they could decrease their long term future worries. If sharing attitudes can consciously be spread along a process, then they may have a rehabilitative effect on anxiety for students.
