Abstract

Patterns of parasitic infections of Schizothorax intermedius in two water bodies of North Tadjikistan (Central Asia), one with constant temperature during the whole year, the other with normal annual seasonal range of temperature fluctuations, have been studied. It has been shown that in the first water body fluctuations in occurrence of the parasites are insignificant and are not under the influence of water temperature.
