Abstract

At the present time research in the field of industrial relations is being carried on much more actively than in the past. But while the completed studies yield interesting insights, in few cases can we add the conclusions of one study to the conclusions of others. This necessary step in the building of a scientific discipline is generally impossible because the studies are carried out with many different frames of reference.
