Abstract

While the practice at our institution is to utilize the pre-operative MRI T2 hyperintense volume for planning RT of glioblastoma (GBM), others utilize the post-operative T2 volume acquired at various times following surgery. This study examined the difference in the size and relative location of these target volumes and compared the site of initial failure in relation to these volumes in patients initially treated with RT and concurrent temozolomide (TMZ) and bevacizumab (BVZ).
