Abstract
Objective: Previous results have associated elevated bromodomain and extraterminal 4 (BRD4) expression with poor overall survival in ovarian cancer. However, patterns of BRD4 expression in advanced-stage high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) are not well characterized. The aim of this study was to evaluate BRD4 protein expression in primary and metastatic tumors of advanced-stage HGSOC.
