INTRODUCTION

One of the biggest causes of environmental pollution is high energy consumption. the concept of clean energy becomes more significant every day. If measures are not taken to solve this problem, it is obvious that investors will continue to prefer fossil fuels in energy production In this context, it is vital to increase innovations for clean energy. Understanding the appropriate financing alternative contributes to solve high-cost problem of the clean energy investments projects. Since problems in the real life become quite complex, there is a strong need for new extended models to increase the effectiveness in decision-making process In this model, it is aimed to consider new techniques to reach more reliable results.
