Abstract

Adjacent segment disease (ASD) has been found to occur in up to 26% of patients at 10 years following index anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) surgery. Revision ACDF surgery is effective and durable in treating ASD, however information is scarce regarding patient reported satisfaction following the operation. Gathering patient satisfaction data can be valuable for clinicians and directly relevant to treatment effectiveness.
