Abstract

PURPOSE Treatment of proximal humerus fractures in the adolescent population remains controversial. While minimally displaced fractures are generally treated non-operatively, the choice of operative vs non-operative treatment remains unclear for more displaced fractures, especially in adolescents. Limited studies have reported patient-reported outcomes (PROs) of treatment in this population.
