Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of self-administered apomorphine sublingual film (APL-130277; APL) versus placebo for on-demand treatment of “OFF” episodes in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) based on patient-reported home dosing and response diaries from a pivotal study.
