Abstract

Patient education is recommended to modify coronary heart disease risk factors. Although the importance has been established, there is a lack of knowledge of its efficacy and relative impact of duration on health behaviour outcomes. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of structured patient education on health behaviour outcomes in adults with coronary heart disease for short-term and long-term effect.
