Abstract

Patients can register, enter their information into the system, and schedule medical visits through our project's patient care system. Every patient can receive a unique ID from our program, which also automatically saves all of the patient and staff information. Using the ID, the user can look up a doctor's availability and a patient's data. You can log in to the patient care system with your username and password. An administrator or a receptionist can access it. The database can only contain data that they add. It is simple to retrieve the data. It has an extremely user-friendly interface. The patient care system also has features that allow for easy communication between patients and healthcare providers, such as secure messaging and appointment reminders. Additionally, the system can generate reports on patient demographics, appointment scheduling, and medical history, which can be useful for tracking patient progress and improving overall patient care.
