Abstract
Gonioscopy is an indispensable part of work up in the context of glaucoma. Its value lies not only in differentiation between open angle and angle closure glaucoma. It is also providing essential clues for other specific glaucoma diagnoses, like pseudoexfoliation, pigment dispersion, neovascularization, goniodysgenesis and post‐traumatic changes. Examples will be shown.
