Abstract
The article considers the efficiency of using a new therapeutic approach in the therapy of secondary osteoarthritis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The dynamics of the Cartilage Oligomeric Matrix Protein, the activity of the disease based on DAS28, and the cytokine profile are estimated. Analysis of the results showed the advantages of using the interleukin-1 inhibitor in a complex with laser therapy in the treatment of secondary osteoarthritis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
