Abstract
近年来关于幽门螺杆菌在慢性荨麻疹发病过程中所起作用得到广泛而深入的研究.幽门螺杆菌通过改变胃黏膜的通透性、促进组胺的释放、引起机体Th1/Th2免疫应答失衡、诱发机体体液免疫失衡,产生特异性抗幽门螺杆菌-IgE以及介导嗜酸粒细胞有毒阳离子蛋白和碱性蛋白释放等几方面在慢性荨麻疹的发生发展中发挥作用。
