Abstract

A new approach using the functional integral method and the Feynman path-integral method is suggested to calculate the transition probability of non-adiabatic charge transfer in a polar medium. It enables us to take into account the dependence of the electronic wavefunctions on the coordinates of slow subsystem and to go beyond the Condon approximation.
