Abstract
The question whether treatment and dosage regimes are patentable under Articles 53(c) and 54(5) of the European Patent Convention 2000 will be subject to clarification by the Enlarged Board of Appeal following a referral by a recent decision of a Technical Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office.
