Abstract

Background and Aim: There is no data from North-India on role of apolipoprotein C3 (APOC3) and PNPLA3 gene polymorphisms in pathogenesis of NAFLD. Aim of the present study was to determine the correlation of APOC3 and PNPLA3 gene polymorphisms with presence and severity of NAFLD in a North-Indian cohort.
