Abstract
This paper studies delayed state synchronization of homogeneous discrete-time multi-agent systems (MAS) in the presence of unknown nonuniform communication delays. We consider partial state coupling and identify a class of agents for which static linear protocols can be designed: squared-down passifiable via input feedforward. A parameterized protocol is designed which does not require any knowledge of the network topology and achieves consensus provided the network is strongly connected.
