Abstract
The current labour market conditions require from active people the skills of distinguishing themselves. This allows for undertaking work giving a sense of accomplishment and positively affecting the quality of life. Hence, passion and creativity have become notable issues. Having these attributes makes it easier to find a career path that allows for use of the possessed abilities and interests to realize one's life plans. This paper presents the essence of both passion and creativity, and their mutual interdependence. This description provides the backdrop for the essential part, in which by using examples of famous people pursuing their career passions, the influence of passion and creativity for career development has been defined.
