Abstract

More than 25 public and private organizations in the eastern Twin Cities of Minnesota have gathered together over the past decade with the express goal to design and implement programs for people with mental illnesses. The partnership has led to more than eight initiatives that have improved care, lowered costs and reduced the need for emergency room services.
