The supply chain has the proven ability to produce competitive advantage through efficient partnership operations. Integrated IT systems give them the visibility of the end-to-end supply chain together with the metrics to mutually manage the system activity at all stages. The commercial advantages of operating a supply chain in interdependent system can be realized by the application of partnership behavior toward people and change, processes, systems and assets.
