Abstract

Partnerships like business entities are built to improve commercial performance by sharing property, expertise, effort as well as profits and losses. In case these initial benefits of building a partnership cease and partners do not take any longer advantages of their complementary skills, it might be of common interest for the partners to dissolve their partnership. Partnership dissolution is defined as “trading co-ownership of an asset into single ownership, within a given group.”
