Abstract

With the application of Soft Open Point (SOP) in all aspects of distribution system, the operation mode of traditional distribution network is changed into flexible loop operation, which not only improves the reliability of system operation, but also makes the reliability evaluation more complex. Therefore, how to give consideration to the speed and accuracy, and at the same time, how to evaluate its reliability becomes particularly important. In this paper, the topology of the flexible interconnected distribution network is analyzed, and the concept of partition and block is proposed. The flexible interconnected distribution network is divided into three areas: DC, AC and SOP. On the basis of the partition, Dijkstra algorithm is used to search the shortest circuit to form the block, and the block information of each area is determined. Then sequential Monte Carlo simulation method is adopted for AC region according to the different characteristics of each region. Fault tree analysis method is adopted for the block of micro grid and SOP in DC region. Then the load outage range is determined by searching the position of non-zero element in the line corresponding to the fault block in the block join matrix so as to obtain the load point and the reliability index of the system. Finally, the applicability, accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are verified through algorithm analysis and reliability comparison analysis in the case of IEEE-33 node in multiple scenarios.
