Abstract

The differential cross-sections of heavy-ion transfer reactions have been calculated within the framework of the distorted-wave Born approximation calculations using Woods-Saxon optical potential. The reaction mechanism is considered as the coherent sum of direct and exchange processes. The present calculations are found to be in a good agreement with experimental data and provide a much better description of the large-angle data than both of direct and exchange fittings. The obtained values of the extracted spectroscopic factors are reasonable.
