Abstract

AbstractThe best possible identification and reconstruction of final states particles represents an important pursuit of collider experiments. Composite objects (e.g. jets) relying on lower level particles can be intrinsically improved when better calibration and identification of lower level particles is provided, resulting in higher sensitivities of ATLAS analyses to new physics.
