Abstract

The authors provide a comprehensive study, both analytical and numerical, of cosmic ray acceleration in relativistic magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) turbulence. Effects beyond the magnetostatic quasi-linear theory, such as resonance broadening due to large-scale turbulence modes, as well as a non-MHD effect, are incorporated.
