Abstract
Abstract This case report describes the management of a 27-year-old lady's partially auto-amputated heteropagus omphalopagus acardiac twin. This was a rare case that resulted in the parasitic twin's bowel being located extra-peritoneal but within the abdominal wall of the host twin.
